Oregano Oil Anti-viral Oral Spray.

You will need:

2mls Oregano Essential Oil

2mls Peppermint Oil

50mls Boiled Water

1 Teaspoon Sugar.

50ml spray bottle.

Shake well before spraying.

Dissolve Sugar in water, and cool. Add all other ingredients and put into a 50ml Spray Bottle.

Oregano Oil can be found at all health shops or online. Use Spray 3 times a day to stay healthy and free of the flu!
